Erica Sachiyo Deahl

Hello!
I’m Erica.

I believe in design as a tool for social change and seek opportunities to work on things that make people’s lives better. As a designer, I always begin with people, striving to understand diverse needs and behaviors, and to design solutions that are both accessible and elegant.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked across product and service design, UX research, visual design, and design leadership.

I currently lead the design team at Earnest.

From the archives

My current UX design practice draws deeply from my experience in visual and branding design earlier in my career. Here’s a peek at a few of the projects I worked on at 2x4 (2007-2012.)
