Hi, I’m Erica, a design leader who loves building inclusive, joyful, and creative teams and experiences.
I’ve been leading teams for 6 years and designing for 16 years, following my passion for building exceptional tools for learning and collaboration. Most recently I was Director of Design for the Workflow Pillar at Asana, which focused on helping organizations automate and scale their processes. Previously I led design for Khan Academy’s learner, teacher, and school district products and was a designer at 18F, Hillary for America, Earnest, Adaptive Path, and 2x4.
My experience
I invest in cultivating cultures where teams feels safe and connected. I love helping organizations navigate complex decisions and realize ambitious visions. And I’m always trying to learn and grow.
My approach
I’m a dog, cat, and toddler mum living in beautiful Berkeley, CA. I love hiking, dancing, and making things out of paper.
